1. How long are shipping times?
Depending on the supplier and whether the product comes from the U.S. or China, products will ship within 1-5 days of you placing your order and then take 5-30 days to reach your doorstep.
2. What's your return policy?
Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund. Why? Returns run counter to our strong interest in sustainability: every return leaves a carbon footprint. So tell us what went wrong, send along a photo and then we will refund your money in full. Then you may choose to donate your product to a local charity or recycle it.
3. Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are possible if you don't receive your package within the timeframe specified for each product. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process your cancellation. So if you cancel your order and still receive your package, then please go ahead and do one of three things: recycle it, donate it or enjoy it.
4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there is an issue with your order...wrong size, wrong color, defective or otherwise not what you expected...then simply notify us and we will give you a refund. You won't be asked to ship the product back to us.
5. Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you don't get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we'll get you a new one.
